Curse of the Cooties

Caleb's friend Alex has a seventeen-year-old brother who has obviously influenced him (as older siblings tend to do). Alex (even at age seven) is already "girl crazy". Caleb, like most first grade boys, (at least those without an older brother) think girls have "cooties". Out of curiousity I asked Caleb if Alex had a girlfriend. Caleb responded by saying Alex carries a little girl's backpack to and from class each morning. Trying to be sneaky I asked Caleb if the little girl was cute. Caleb's response: "I guess she is to Alex".
