Absolute Truths:
1. The last 6 months have been challenging (which is putting it lightly) but I have persevered.
2. I now honestly and whole heartedly believe the universe will never give you more than you can handle. (Furthermore, it will ultimately make you a stronger and better person).
3. No matter your circumstances, someone else ALWAYS has it worse. Remember that.
4. I am gradually learning to forgive and let go…its taken time but I have finally arrived at that place.
5. Forget pride- simply ask for help when you need it (previously one of my biggest downfalls).
6. After months of stumbling through the darkness, I can see the light (quite brightly) at the end of the tunnel. Thank you.
7. Only you can truly save yourself.
8. Time heals all wounds. All- without question.
9. Communication- be it work, personal relationships, friendships, etc. is key….without it, misunderstandings will occur and result in drama.
10. Life is short…just go for it (regardless of the situation or how insurmountable the odds may seem in that given moment).
11. Do not dwell on the “what if’s”….I truly believe each person (right or wrong) does the best he or she can in any given situation….after all, hind sight is 20/20.
12. Be true to yourself and your beliefs…others may not agree with them but when you arrive at the end of this lifetime you’ll have no regrets if you hold strong to your personal beliefs.
13. Tell the people you love that you love and care about them often…unfortunately it could be the last opportunity you have to communicate such things.
14. Be yourself- I am positive there must be some people who think I am strange for always wearing black nail polish….no; I am not a witch or Satanist….I simply like it. Period.
15. Sugar free red bull has saved my life on more than one occasion (including today).
16. Despite the drastic change in weather….I LOVE that I can finally wear my boots, scarves, and floppy hats again.
17. I love dancing (likely more than the average person- even if it means dancing alone).
