Dear heart-

I'm hurting. Sunday's are hard. Period. At times I am quite simply engulfed by sadness. With that said, I am learning to stand on my own two feet. It's frightening but I know it's where I am supposed to be at this moment in time. Again, scary but worth it and necessary.
